| Age Group | Swimmers who know all four strokes and are building endurance, skills, and racing experience. Compete at A+ level meets. | Dry land & Pool time Mon–Fri, some weekends 1.5 – 2 hrs/day |
| Junior | Highly proficient swimmers refining strategy and form. Compete at State and Regional level. | Dry land & Pool time Mon–Fri, some weekends 2 – 2.5 hrs/day |
| Senior | Elite swimmers pursuing peak performance. Goal is qualification for Nationals. High intensity, focused training. | Dry land & Pool time Mon–Fri, some weekends 2 – 2.5 hrs/day |
